Groups & Districts — Organise Publishers and Territories

Organise publishers into groups, structure territories into districts — and keep reports and overdue territories per group in view.

Larger congregations in particular work in groups and districts. congrega mirrors that structure: publishers are assigned to groups, territories can be organised by district, and reports can be viewed per group. That keeps overseers and group overseers in the loop — without separate lists for every group.

Publishers in groups

Create groups and assign publishers to them. Members can be added, removed, or moved to another group at any time. So congrega reflects how the congregation is actually organised, and reports become meaningful at the group level.

Territories by district

Territories can be assigned to districts or regions. This helps with targeted assignment, planning the work, and filtering overviews — for example, to see which districts are well covered and which haven’t been worked in a while.

Overdue territories per group

congrega shows overdue territories not only overall but also per group. Group overseers instantly see where follow-up is needed in their area, without combing through the whole congregation.

Reporting at the group level

Statistics and overviews can be filtered by group and district. That reveals how territory work is distributed across the congregation and where support would help.

Frequently asked questions

How many groups can I create?
As many as you like. You can mirror your group structure exactly as your congregation is organised.
Can a publisher be in several groups?
Assignment is per publisher and can be changed at any time. We help during setup so the structure fits your congregation.
Do group overseers only see their group?
Roles and permissions control who sees what, so a group overseer can be scoped to their group.
Are districts the same as groups?
No — groups bundle publishers, districts organise territories. Both can be combined and viewed separately in reports.
